Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety and quality.
• Build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling and training.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
