Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain all shop support activities at the location.
• Train staff on sales systems, databases, and processes.
• Provide customer support including order processing and delivery updates.
• Manage pricing per policies and oversee accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare reports and assist with inventory control and problem resolution.
• Cover other shop roles as needed.
