Job summary

Take 5 Oil is looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee technician duties such as oil changes, fluid inspections, and basic maintenance services, from customer check-in to payment. The role also supports shop operations by keeping the shop clean, managing inventory, and assisting with opening/closing procedures.

In the absence of the Shop Manager, this position helps ensure smooth store operations and serves as a positive role model for team members, while delivering a high-quality customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail or automotive service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, fluid inspections, basic maintenance services, and assist customers from check-in to payment.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and inventory, and help with opening/closing procedures.
• Support store operations and be a positive role model when the Shop Manager is absent.
