Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Shop Manager to lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced service shop. No experience is required, with PAID TRAINING to learn the Take 5 way of oil changes and service processes.

Experienced managers can earn $55k+ with base salaries and bonus opportunities, and full-time benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k), and paid time off. You’ll oversee staffing, inventory, and customer service while promoting from within.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• PAID TRAINING on the Take 5 way to manage a shop.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lead recruiting and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and training new crew.
• Create crew schedules and process payroll.
• Manage shop inventory and End of Period checks.
• Understand shop financials to drive results.
• Provide excellent customer service.
