Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure smooth daily operations. Paid training is available to develop you from Crew to Shop Manager, with a focus on the Take 5 way.

Experience is valued but not required; many teammates joined from varied backgrounds. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and a path to leadership within the company.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is valued but not required.
• Willingness to learn and lead a store team.
• Ability to manage daily shop operations and customer flow.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payment for services performed.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager’s absence.
• Run the floor, ensuring each employee is where they need to be and customers are satisfied.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with counting and adjusting inventory.
• Train new employees to fulfill duties in the Take 5 way.
• Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other auto services as necessary.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain shop, office, and bathroom cleanliness.
