Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager with paid training to lead a busy service floor. You will deliver friendly customer service, process payments, and step in for the Shop Manager as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services.
• Assume the Shop Manager's responsibilities in their absence.
• Manage floor coverage and ensure each vehicle is serviced properly.
• Open and close procedures and assist with inventory counts.
• Train new employees to the Take 5 way.
• Drain oil, change oil filters, and perform light maintenance.
• Restock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness.
