Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager with paid training. You’ll develop leadership skills, manage daily shop operations, and ensure customer satisfaction while supporting a fast-paced oil-change process.

No prior experience required, but strong teamwork and reliability help. This full-time role includes paid training, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the Take 5 family.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments.
• Step into leadership role as ASM when Manager is absent.
• Help run the floor and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Train new employees in Take 5 standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payment for services performed.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager’s absence.
• Run the floor to ensure each employee is in place and customers are satisfied.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with counting and adjusting inventory.
