Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a busy auto service location. Experienced managers can earn $55,000 a year or more with base salaries and bonus opportunities.

No experience is necessary for some roles, with PAID TRAINING to learn the Take 5 way of managing a shop and performing routine auto services. Move up fast—within 60 days you’ll be accountable for your team’s execution of Take 5 standards, with opportunities to promote from within.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• PAID TRAINING provided to learn Take 5 standards.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment.
• Willingness to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members
• Creating crew schedules & submit payroll
• Controlling inventory: End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) inventory
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results within budget
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations
• Supporting crew members with duties such as changing oil and performing other auto services
• Providing excellent customer service
