Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily shop operations and provide excellent customer service. Paid training will prepare you to manage a Take 5 location, perform oil changes, and supervise crew members. Many team members advance to Shop Manager roles with salaries and bonuses.

Experience is valued but not required; the company offers real growth potential and a path from Crew Member to leadership positions across the country.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager’s absence.
• Run the floor and ensure staff and customers are satisfied.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and manage inventory.
• Train new employees in the Take 5 way.
• Assist with oil changes and routine maintenance tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of shop, office, and restrooms.
