Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a growing team at our Oklahoma location. We offer paid training, a clear promotion path from Assistant Manager to Manager-in-Training, and opportunities to advance as you master our Take 5 process.

Experienced managers can earn $55,000 a year or more with base pay and bonus opportunities. All backgrounds are considered; no prior oil change experience is required. Join us to grow quickly in a supportive, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience valued but not required; opportunities for Assistant Manager or Manager-in-Training.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members
• Creating crew schedules & submit payroll
• Controlling inventory: End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) inventories
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and budget wisely
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations
• Supporting crew members with duties such as changing oil and other auto services
• Providing excellent customer service
