Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily operations at the shop. Paid training is provided to learn the Take 5 process, oil change service, and floor leadership.

The role offers growth opportunities from crew member to Shop Manager with bonuses and a supportive, fast-paced environment. Earn between $15.00 and $18.00 per hour, with weekly bonuses and benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Experience valued but not required.
• Paid training provided to learn Take 5 practices.
• Ability to lead and motivate team on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
• Act as Shop Manager in the absence of the Shop Manager.
• Oversee floor operations and ensure vehicle checks and customer satisfaction.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and adjustments.
• Train new employees in the Take 5 way.
• Handle basic oil change tasks and routine maintenance.
