Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a team, drive service quality and store performance. Earn up to $55k+ per year with base salary and bonuses; PAID TRAINING provided to teach the Take 5 way of managing a shop and performing oil changes and other light maintenance.

Move up fast: within 60 days you’ll be accountable for your team and operations; prior experience in oil change or related fields is not required, making this a strong entry into a leadership career with internal

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week.
• Must have basic computer operating skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules & submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory: End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY).
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary.
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and budget usage.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Supporting crew members with duties such as oil changes and other auto services.
• Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other auto services as necessary.
