Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Shop Manager to lead a high-energy team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role offers paid training, opportunities for fast advancement, and a path from Assistant Manager to Manager-in-Training as needed.

Experience is valued but not required; base salaries plus bonuses can reach $55k+ per year for top performers. Full-time, with benefits including health and dental insurance and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Experience in people leadership or management desirable.
• Ability to recruit, interview, and onboard new crew.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard new crew members.
• Create crew schedules and handle payroll submissions.
• Manage inventory, perform End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) counts.
• Understand shop financials to drive results and manage budget.
• Conduct quarterly employee evaluations and coaching.
• Assist crew with oil change-related tasks and other auto services.
• Provide excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.
