Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge of gas engines, internal combustion engines, electric motors and pumps.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Train, appraise, and supervise service and parts department employees.
• Plan and coordinate schedules for Parts Associates and Service Technicians to optimize productivity.
• Manage inventory, order parts, and review productivity reports.
• Uphold safety and quality standards for all service orders.
• Drive positive customer experiences and support profitability.
