Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills to coach, train, motivate, and develop employees.
• Knowledge of retail sales, purchasing, inventory control, and accounting principles.
• Proven ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new employees.
• Supervising staff and conducting performance reviews.
• Ensure security of assets and adherence to safety policies.
• Monitor daily gross sales and assist in planning promotions.
• Advise management on operations, shipments, and store layout.
• Assist in budgeting and sales forecasting.
• Support other roles as needed and negotiate supplier terms.
