Acme Tools in Minot, ND is seeking a General Manager to lead our busy store operations, drive profitability, and develop a high-performing team. You will oversee sales, rental and service, manage budgets and inventory, and partner with HR on staffing and safety.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of mid-to-large team management, full P&L oversight, and strong leadership in a retail/equipment dealership context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of management with full P&L oversight.
• Strong leadership to coach and develop employees.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reports.
• Experience in equipment dealership operations (sales, rental, parts, service).

Responsabilités

• Establishes and supervises all site activities to meet profitability goals.
• Oversee sales, inventory, pricing and service/repair operations.
• Recruit, interview, hire and promote staff; conduct reviews.
• Prepare budgets and sales forecasts; assist in promotions.
• Handle customer complaints and reconcile accounts.
• Ensure safety, store appearance and public relations.
