The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, a valid driver's license, and the ability to interpret schematics, with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail tool environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of engines and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Willing to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons.
• Prompt and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Train, appraise, and supervise service and parts department employees.
• Oversee cost-efficient service orders while upholding safety standards.
• Manage day-to-day operations, inventory, parts ordering, and budgets.
• Plan schedules to optimize productivity and meet goals.
• Ensure technicians perform quality work and maintain safety.
