Acme Tools in Minot, ND is seeking a Parts Counter Associate to assist customers in locating the right parts, maintain stock levels, and coordinate service orders. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and accurate pricing for efficient repairs.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal & external customers to find the correct parts in a timely & efficient manner.
• Maintaining stocking levels & researching parts pricing & labor estimates.
• Identifying new parts & part categories to increase customer satisfaction.
• Interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience with the Parts department and store & following up with customers & Technicians to ensure timely repair.
• Assisting in cycle counting of the physical inventory & ordering, receiving, pricing & stocking parts in the service area.
• Creating service orders & distributing work orders to Service Technicians.
• Maintaining a safe & secure work environment by adhering to & striving to improve safety standards & reporting suspicious activity.
• Completing related tasks as assigned
