Responsibilities

• Training and supervising service and parts employees.
• Managing day-to-day operations, inventory, budgets and costs.
• Planning schedules for Parts Associates and Service Technicians.
• Ensuring quality and safety standards are met across jobs.
• Driving positive customer experiences and timely turnarounds.
• Participating in interviews and employee relations activities.
• Maintaining a safe work environment and reporting issues.
