Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Appleton, WI is seeking a versatile shop worker to support shipping, assembly, and general maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and strong attention to detail.

You will identify parts, operate basic shop machinery, and use computer systems for inventory and data entry while collaborating with team members to keep workflows smooth. Training is provided for machinery.

Job description

Hours:Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm OR 8:00am - 4:30pm

Pay:$20.00 - $25.00/HR

Duties:

• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including packaging, labeling, and material handling

• Support the assembly department with part assembly and preparation

• Perform routine maintenance and basic shop upkeep

• Identify parts and materials accurately

• Operate shop machinery and equipment safely

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

• Use computer systems for inventory, documentation, and basic data entry
