Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking candidates for a production/warehouse role in Wisconsin. You will assist with packaging, labeling, and basic machine support, with opportunities to advance into more technical tasks and growth within the team.

Ideal applicants have basic math skills, reliable attendance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing and lifting as required.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and reach during shift.
• Basic math and measuring skills are helpful.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Dependable attendance and a strong team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Package and wrap finished products according to job specifications and quality standards
• Label cases accurately and ensure correct staging of completed goods in designated areas
• Assist machine operators with basic tasks such as feeding materials, removing finished goods, or helping during changeovers
• Monitor production lines for consistency and report any issues or defects to a supervisor
• Keep the workspace clean and organized while following all company safety procedures
• Learn and follow work instructions and production schedules to help meet daily goals
• Support basic machine operations as trained, with opportunities to grow into more technical responsibilities over time

Hours:

2-2-3, 6:00am - 6:00pm

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 /HR

Duties:

• Package and wrap finished products according to job specifications and quality standards

• Label cases accurately and ensure correct staging of completed goods in designated areas

• Assist machine operators with basic tasks such as feeding materials, removing finished goods, or helping during changeovers

• Monitor production lines for consistency and report any issues or defects to a supervisor

• Keep the workspace clean and organized while following all company safety procedures

• Learn and follow work instructions and production schedules to help meet daily goals

• Support basic machine operations as trained, with opportunities to grow into more technical responsibilities over time
