Job summary

Express Employment Professionals, Oshkosh WI is seeking a production assembler to join our team. Responsibilities include assembling components per specifications, reading work orders and technical documents, and using hand and power tools to complete tasks.

You will inspect finished work for quality and maintain a clean, safe area. Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to work with equipment and components.
• Experience in assembly, fabrication, maintenance, or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Hours:

Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00/HR

Duties:

• Assemble components and finished products according to specifications, work instructions, and quality standards
