• Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions in English.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely operate CNC machinery, manual machines, and related equipment.
• Ability to identify quality concerns and make necessary machine adjustments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, mills, lathes, and related machining equipment to produce quality parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, models, and work instructions to determine machining requirements.
• Visualize and manufacture parts from blueprints, rough sketches, and verbal instructions.
• Select tooling, fixtures, and machine settings to achieve required dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow established quality procedures.
• Work cooperatively with team members to support production schedules and continuous improvement efforts.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Learn new machining techniques and processes through on-the-job training and observation.

Hours:Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm

Pay: $27.00 - $34.00/HR
