Stress Free Auto Care in Irvine, CA is seeking an Assistant General Manager who drives revenue growth and leads a high-performance team. You will own sales targets, shape the revenue strategy, and build lasting customer relationships to maximize long-term value.

You’ll collaborate with the General Manager to translate goals into action, develop fleet and local partnerships, and mentor staff to raise performance and accountability across the shop.

Qualifications

• Track record driving sales and revenue in fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading a team in retail, hospitality, automotive service, or similar.
• Commercial mindset with ability to grow revenue and customer base.
• Experience setting performance expectations and coaching against KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals.
• Identify opportunities to grow business through retention, frequency, and partnerships.
• Coach employees against KPIs and provide direct feedback.
