Job summary

Stress Free Auto Care is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive revenue growth, mentor a high-performing team, and execute the shop's business plan. You’ll own sales targets, build local partnerships, and improve customer retention while collaborating with the General Manager.

Qualifications

Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth in a leadership role.
Experience developing teams, coaching performance, and meeting KPIs.
Strong business judgment and ability to balance sales, customer needs, and operations.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals and drive shop revenue.
Identify opportunities to grow the business via retention, frequency, fleet accounts, and partnerships.
Coach employees against measurable sales, customer experience, and operational goals.
Support hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and development.
Lead by example with urgency, accountability and customer focus.
Use performance data to diagnose gaps and implement solutions.
