You will own revenue goals, partner with the GM, and use performance data to close gaps and seize opportunities. Automotive leadership experience is valued, with clear path to greater responsibility as the shop grows.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of driving sales, revenue, or business performance through individual contribution, team leadership, or ownership of a sales-driven operation.
• Experience leading a team in retail, sales, hospitality, automotive service, or fast-paced customer-facing business.
• Commercial mindset with ability to grow revenue, improve conversion, and retain customers.
• Strong sales instincts: discovery, value-building, objection handling, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals; drive shop revenue performance.
• Coach and develop team against measurable KPIs; manage performance and accountability.
• Grow customer base through retention, referrals, and expanded service opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations to balance sales, staffing, and customer needs; ensure timely execution.
