Stress Free Auto Care is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive shop performance through sales leadership, customer growth, and team development. You will set and exceed revenue goals, identify opportunities for recurring business, and coach staff to improve service and productivity.

The role emphasizes ownership of shop outcomes, strong collaboration with the General Manager, and a path toward broader leadership within Stress Free Auto Care as the network expands.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals while driving shop revenue performance.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities through customer retention, repeat visits, and partnerships.
• Coach employees against measurable sales, customer experience, productivity, and operational goals.
• Partner with GM to set expectations and maintain accountability across the shop.
• Balance work across service advisors, technicians, and leadership to keep workflow moving.
• Lead by example with urgency, accountability, and customer focus.
