Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Temporary Part Time Floor Leader for Westfield Valley Fair. The role centers on leading a team of sales associates, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.

You will train staff, communicate brand values, and maintain store standards while fostering a positive, energetic work environment. Openings include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• A fast-paced team environment experience.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Use StoreForce dashboard results to coach the sales team and adjust shop floor structure to meet sales goals.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service on the shop floor and demonstrate products to customers.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values, ethics, and packaging in-store and through events.
• Product Passion: Continuously deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
