Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics is hiring a Part Time Floor Leader at Westfield Valley Fair to support the Store Management Team and lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor. You will drive sales, coach the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include coaching, brand education on sustainability and ethical cosmetics, product knowledge enhancement, and maintaining an engaging store environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• A fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: use StoreForce dashboard results to coach the sales team and adjust shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Customer Experience: deliver world-class service, product demonstrations, and exceed daily sales goals.
• Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices in-store and through events.
• Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations for customer needs.
