Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics in Oklahoma City is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor, driving sales, delivering a world-class customer experience, and leading a motivated team. You’ll coach employees, teach product knowledge, and uphold brand values in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll lead by example, manage daily operations, and ensure visual standards and stock accuracy.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in: customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Driving Sales: Use StoreForce dashboard results to coach the sales team and adjust shop floor structure to meet sales goals.
• Customer Experience: Lead by example to deliver a world-class customer experience on the shop floor.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values and our stance on animal testing, ethics, and packaging.
• Product Passion: Expand product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Development: Train and coach Sales Ambassadors to improve performance and team growth.
• DEIB: Foster open communication and belonging within the team.
• Operational Excellence: Manage cash handling, opening/closing, and store security.
• Time and Attendance: Monitor attendance and breaks, promote preparedness and organization.
• Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean and appealing store.
• Stock and Inventory: Train on inventory best practices and adjust displays based on sales.
• Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with company standards.
