Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient in general retail practices.
• Some store management experience or relevant management experience.
• Experience mentoring and training Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Ability to motivate teams and meet goals.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.
