Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead who loves shoes and delivering the Famous Feeling. You’ll create a welcoming in-store culture, coach teammates, and help customers find the perfect fit.

You’ll own store operations, drive sales with purpose, model our brand, and mentor associates while embracing a diverse, positive team environment. This role requires flexibility, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail operations and customer service.
• Prior store management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to mentor associates and train selling techniques.
• Strong multitasking and communication with store manager.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and coach teammates to deliver Customer Connection.
