Job summary

Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and drive sales. You’ll foster a welcoming environment, coach teammates, and model the Famous culture through customer care and product knowledge.

As a store leader, you’ll manage operations, train Associates, and ensure the store runs smoothly. A strong team mindset and passion for shoes will help you help customers find their perfect fit and share the Famous Feeling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail practices and procedures preferred.
• Some store management experience or relevant management experience is a plus.
• Ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills required.
