Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficient in general retail practices.
• Retail store management experience or relevant management experience.
• Experience mentoring Associates in selling and operating processes.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Has basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire teammates with integrity and drive, coaching selling behaviors for Customer Connection.
• Drive sales with accountability to goals and impact on overall performance.
• Know store operations from pricing to inventory and keep the store organized and searchable for customers.
• Open and close the store and maintain a clean, organized environment.
