Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store team.
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager.
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work within a team and adapt to a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, inventory) are maintained.
• Deliver stellar customer engagement and uphold the Famous Footwear culture.
• Review store performance and drive sales with clear, concise communication to the team.
