Job summary

Caleres’ Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate dedicated to delivering an engaging shoe-store experience. You’ll create a welcoming environment, help customers find the perfect fit, and contribute to a vibrant in-store culture.

You’ll ace retail operations, assist with inventory, pricing, and fulfillment, and share shoe knowledge with customers to drive loyalty and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store.
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion with the Store Sales Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory to keep the store organized and shoppable.
