Caleres’ Famous Footwear store is seeking a Sales Associate who loves shoes and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll help customers find the perfect fit, contribute to a welcoming store environment, and promote our brands with enthusiasm.

You’ll handle daily store tasks, stay informed about trends, and share knowledge to create engaging customer experiences. The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a positive, inclusive culture, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Positive communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsabilités

• Ace retail operations: pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory; keep the store clean and organized.
• Be a culture influencer: deliver stellar customer engagement and create memorable experiences.
• Drive sales and store performance; communicate clearly with the team and listen actively to ensure understanding.
