Job summary

Caleres' Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain store operations. You will engage customers, promote popular brands, and contribute to a positive, collaborative store culture.

You will be guiding customers to perfect fits, manage daily tasks, and support team goals while embracing our inclusive, energetic work environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to build constructive relationships with store associates.
Strong ability to communicate with store staff.
Ability to exercise independent judgment with the Store Sales Manager as needed.
General knowledge of retail practices and procedures.
Ability to work well in a team.
Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

Ace Retail Operations: maintain pricing, processing shipments, fulfillment and inventory to keep the store running smoothly.
