Job summary

Caleres is seeking a Famous Footwear Sales Associate to create an inviting store experience and drive customer delight. You’ll manage store tasks, assist customers with finding the right shoes, and support team goals with positive energy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in and the store runs smoothly.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and help customers find the styles and brands they crave.
• Review store performance and drive sales with purpose and urgency to achieve goals.
• Act with integrity by following company policies and seeking feedback for continuous improvement.
• Help teammates be their best by assisting with training and development when needed.
• Be a shoe-obsessed advisor who makes every customer leave with the perfect fit and a memorable experience.
