Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED required.
Able to build constructive relationships within the store.
Excellent communication with associates at all levels.
Demonstrates independent judgment when partnering with Store Sales Manager.
Strong knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
Must be able to work as part of a team and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Ace Retail Operations: pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory tasks.
Promote Famous Culture with stellar customer engagement.
Aim to drive sales and support store performance with timely communication.
