Caleres' Famous Footwear is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to create an inviting store experience and help customers find the perfect footwear. You will support daily store operations, engage customers with knowledge of our brands, and contribute to a positive in-store culture.

Ideal candidates will bring a customer-first mindset, strong communication, and a willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet store goals and support team success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily store tasks: pricing, shipments, fulfillment, and inventory.
• Provide engaging customer service and uphold Famous Footwear’s in-store culture.
• Review store performance and assist in driving sales with urgency to meet goals.
