Job summary

Caleres, home of Famous Footwear, is seeking a Sales Associate to create exceptional in-store experiences. You will engage customers, highlight trends, and help shoppers find perfect shoe fits while championing our Famous Footwear brands and store culture.

You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering friendly service, supporting team goals, and staying informed about product lines to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store staff.
• Strong positive communication with store colleagues.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Solid understanding of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: manage pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory to keep the store organized and easily shoppable.
