Caleres is seeking a Famous Footwear Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming store atmosphere. You will drive sales, maintain inventory, and keep the store clean and organized while staying informed about the latest shoe trends.

You will champion our brand culture, collaborate with teammates, and help customers find the perfect fit, contributing to a positive shopping experience and loyal customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Build constructive relationships with store staff.
• Communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
