Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store teammates.
• Positive communication with store associates at all levels.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise.
• Assist customers with shoe selections and fit.
• Engage customers and promote store brands and promotions.
• Support inventory tasks: pricing, shipping, fulfillment, and stock counts.
