Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels.
• Able to exercise independent judgment and discretion with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory to keep the store organized and searchable for customers.
