Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to create the best shoe store experience. You will foster a welcoming atmosphere, stay current on trends, and share knowledge with customers to build engaging experiences. You’ll be a team player who celebrates successes and helps every guest feel the Famous Feeling.

You’ll support store operations, drive sales, and uphold integrity while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: manage store tasks (pricing, shipments, fulfillment, inventory) and keep the store clean and organized.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer: deliver stellar customer engagement and memorable experiences.
