Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate in Manhattan, KS to deliver an exceptional shoe-buying experience. You’ll drive sales, maintain store presentation, and deliver top-notch customer service while staying knowledgeable about trends and brands.

You’ll collaborate with teammates, be flexible with scheduling, and champion a welcoming store culture that makes every customer feel the Famous Footwear difference.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build relationships with store teammates and customers.
• Clear positive communication with colleagues at all levels.
• Independence in decision-making with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Able to work in a team and flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer by delivering stellar customer engagement.
• Drive sales with purpose and urgency and communicate with the store team.
