Famous Footwear in Kansas is seeking a Sales Lead to inspire the team and deliver a superior customer experience. You will drive sales while maintaining store operations, inventory, and presentation to ensure customers find the perfect footwear.

You will coach Associates, model our Famous Culture, and foster inclusivity across a diverse team. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a passion for shoes to help customers feel the Famous Feeling every day.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some management experience in retail or similar role.
• Experience mentoring and training associates on selling and operational processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate directions from store leadership.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with store systems.
