Caleres is seeking a passionate Sales Associate for Famous Footwear to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support daily store operations, help customers find the perfect shoes, and contribute to a positive in-store culture that reflects our famous brands and store standards.

You will engage customers with product knowledge, collaborate with teammates, and assist with training to ensure everyone on the floor can provide the best shoe recommendations and fit.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store.
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
