Famous Footwear is hiring a full-time retail associate to help run daily store operations, price items, process shipments, fulfill orders and manage inventory. You will engage with customers, recommend shoe styles, and ensure a clean, organized store where customers can easily find their perfect fit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to build constructive relationships with store team.
• Strong communication with colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and recommend styles and brands.
